What do you need to have it all connected?
→ That all the systems are compatible with the same app. If the shop and the home use systems from the same manufacturer, they're managed from the same app with no problem.
→ An internet connection at each location. Each system needs its own active router to send the image to the phone. With no connection at the premises, there's no remote access.
→ Correct configuration from the start. It's the step most people skip — and the one that makes the system fail when it's needed most.
Practical tip: Organise the cameras in the app by location — "Bar", "Home", "Warehouse" — and turn on motion alerts only in the areas that really matter to you. That way you get useful alerts, not constant notifications you end up ignoring.
What if I have systems from different brands?
