These Terms of Service govern access to, browsing of and use of the website www.chollobar.com, as well as the purchase of the products offered through the online shop.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these conditions.

3. Scope of application

These conditions apply to all purchases made through Chollobar's online shop.

When the buyer acts as a consumer, the rights recognised by Spanish consumer protection legislation will apply.

Purchases made by businesses or professionals will be governed by these conditions and by the applicable regulations.

4. Products

Chollobar sells CCTV cameras, security systems, POS equipment, accessories and other technology products.

The photographs, descriptions and technical information are for guidance. Although we strive to make them as accurate as possible, there may be small differences from the product supplied by the manufacturer.

5. Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

If, once the purchase is made, a product were unavailable for reasons beyond Chollobar's control, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between waiting for restocking, replacing the product with another of similar characteristics or requesting a refund of the amount paid.

6. Prices

All prices shown in the shop are expressed in euros (€).

Prices include VAT when expressly indicated.

Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown before completing the purchase.

Chollobar may change prices at any time, without this affecting orders already confirmed.

7. Payment methods

The available payment methods will appear during the purchase process.

All payments are made through secure payment platforms.

Chollobar does not store the bank or card details used by customers.

8. Order confirmation

Once the purchase is complete, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

The sales contract will be deemed formalised when Chollobar confirms acceptance of the order.

9. Shipping

Shipments will be made in accordance with the Shipping Policy published on this website.

Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond Chollobar's control.

10. Order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at no cost provided they have not been prepared or handed over to the transport company.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer may exercise, where applicable, the right of withdrawal in accordance with the Returns Policy.

11. Right of withdrawal and returns

Private consumers have the right of withdrawal on the terms provided for by Spanish legislation.

Returns will be governed by the provisions of the Returns Policy published on this website.

12. Warranty

All products sold by Chollobar come with the applicable legal warranty in accordance with Spanish law.

The warranty covers exclusively lack of conformity or manufacturing defects and does not apply to damage resulting from knocks, falls, improper handling, incorrect installation, negligent use, normal wear or causes unrelated to the product.

In the event of a dispute, when the buyer is a consumer, the courts and tribunals determined by consumer protection regulations will have jurisdiction.

In relations between businesses or professionals, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the registered office of Group Invexlaters S. L., unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
